We do not collect payment information through this site.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the opportunity you registered — for example, a plot you wish to sell or contribute to a joint venture, or development opportunities you asked about. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email using the details you provided.
Confidentiality of land submissions
Information you submit about land or plots is treated as confidential. It is not listed, published, circulated, or shared with third parties except a specific, mandated counterparty — and only after we have discussed this with you and you have authorised the introduction.
Who processes your data
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. If you arrived via a LinkedIn advertisement, LinkedIn processes your lead form submission under its own privacy policy before delivering it to us. We use standard analytics and advertising tools (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure the performance of our campaigns.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting transaction, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing deep@truenorthproperties.net. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
